Rained hard last night, woke up itching for fishing….. so grabbed the gear and headed to the only lake open this time of year in the Mount Washington Valley - Lake Chocorua.

We’ll it’s been a good year on Moody, fished it yesterday and the surface temp is downright freezing and ice has formed on the edges already.
